At your table, we cut the rib of veal and the vegetable stuffed roti for you.

While you enjoy the various preparations of cucumber and the rice mousse with different kinds of mushrooms, the rib of veal stays on the Himalayan salt block to grill further and release the aromas of the herbs.

 

Stage 3:
